What if we didn't record Losses, Wins, Saves, Blown Saves and Holds?

With these pitcher stats, I've often wondered what would happen if they simply didn't exist. Specifically, would pitchers pitch differently, would managers make different decisions.

Holds: I'm not sure anyone pays any attention here

Saves/Blown Saves: The first question is... would we still have dedicated closers? And if we did, would they be used in the same way. My guess would be, we might have closers used in high leverage non-save situations more (top of the ninth tied, or 1 run behind, with middle of order coming) and not use them in easy save situations (bottom 9th, bottom order, 3 runs ahead)

Wins/Losses: I wonder if a pitcher who is ahead who is worried about getting out of the fifth (say a 4 to 6 game) would pitch differently. Would managers be more likely to pull a pitcher in trouble after 4 2/3, I'm guessing so.

There's other key questions, like would trade values change, and what stats would we introduce? Could we come up with other  stat for pitchers who have to "pitch in the clutch" either as a starter, reliever of closer?
