Can Chris Carter get an AB, please?

In the ten games before being recalled, Carter was batting .343/.442/.743, with 3 D's, 1 T, 3 HR's.  So let's take a guy who has been struggling offensively, coming off an injury, and is starting to break out - bring him to the majors and sit him on the damn bench.  It's not like Jackson has been killing the ball, or playing outstanding defense at 1b, for that matter.  It just seems like a criminal waste of talent to sit Carter on the bench.  Play him or send him back down.
