A little bunny rabbit told me that today's game will push Oakland above .500 once more. I tend to trust what talking animals tell me, so I am hopeful about the finale of a three-game series between the A's and the Royals. Tyson Ross (1-2, 2.38) will take the mound against Jeff Francis (0-3, 5.45). The lineups are yet to be released, so we can only hope that Bob Geren will trot out something suitable.

The bunny also said that many mojo threads most be posted to keep the A's alive (after all, how much mojo does Bobo provide?). Apparently, if a mojo thread had been posted yesterday in the bottom of the ninth when Mike Aviles slapped a shallow fly to left, Dyson would have tripped between third and home, and been tagged out by Kurt Suzuki. 

BTW, 43 years, ago (to the day), Catfish Hunter threw the first perfect game in Oakland A's history. Tommorow, will mark the first anniversary of Dallas Braden's Mother's Day perfect game. Today is Mother's Day, the dates are right, and Jupiter is aligned up with Neptune. Keep the faith!
