Can I get some answers please…

How long will this team waste good young pitching by not improving the offense? We have seen all the retreads for years now – Piazza, Mike Sweeney, Frank Thomas (2nd time around), Nomar, Giambi (2nd time around), Kouzmanoff, C Jackson, Matsui, Willingham, Dejesus. When will get a real difference maker?

When will Geren be fired? Hasn’t it been long enough to see this guys sucks. I wont bother listing the reasons why.

Will Ryan Sweeney ever be given a chance? He is the closest thing the A’s have to a 300 hitter but cant crack the line up filled with sub 250 hitters.

How many times do we have to hear Daric Barton is poised for a good year? He is hitting 214 with no homers…solid production from your 1B. But don’t worry, he will turn it around and finish with a solid 260 avg and 7 homers.

When will Fuentes arm fall off? No explanation required.

The only answer I can come up with is when the A’s leave Oakland. Call me a conspiracy theorist but Wolff has nothing to gain by improving this team and Beane and his buddy Geren have probably been given the “wink wink” not to worry about job security. The fans are the losers as we watch a solid group of young pitchers being wasted.

3) After the end of the season
4) Soon. Gern will figure it out.
5)Until the All-Star Break, or until Carter gets called up and dominates
6) It won’t, but he’ll see a lot less playing time.
