A's signing extension at Phoenix Muni w/o upgrades

Looks like the A's and Phoenix have agreed to terms extending the A's stay at Phoenix Municipal Stadium and Papago Park training center through 2025. However in the end Wolff dropped any request to improve Phoenix Muni in favor of some minor upgrades to the Papago Park facility. Unfortunately this guarentees the A's and their fans will be in the most antiquated spring training home in Phoenix for at least the next 14 years.

I was really hoping the original plan would go forward upgrading Phoenix Muni a bit. It really has fallen far behind the rest of the Cactus League stadiums in terms of game day experience and overall aesthetics...
