Rosales to miss part of spring after surgery

It looks like Adam Rosales will miss some time at the beginning of the year. I think we will be fine with Steve Tolleson and Eric Sogard until he returns, hopefully in time for opening day. Also Cliff Pennington will not be expected to be ready until mid-March at the earliest. If Pennington isn't back in time I think we have a big problem.

but why couldn’t he have had the surgery before Dec. 8?
