To vote for a player to be dropped from the poll for the next round, make a comment saying you wish that player to be dropped from the poll. If the player already has a comment, Rec that comment. Basically the same rule as nominating players goes.
Please read the following carefully as some of the procedures have changed from previous years.
The format for this year’s community prospect will be a 5 man vote, with write-ins in the comments. To vote for a write in, reply to the person who posts the prospect’s name, saying "I vote for <insert player name here>". Try to keep it all in one chain for these votes, and keep comments to a minimum inside those write in threads.
To nominate a player to be put into the main voting next round, create a comment saying that you nominate that player for voting next round. If the player already has a nomination comment, recommend the comment. Players with the most recommendations will, as I see fit, be put into the voting, and/or swapped out with other players in the main voting options.
I will keep a record of the winners of the votes in each subsequent thread, as well as an announcement of the previous winner. We will aim for a Top 20 prospect list, but will continue further if there is interest.
You are encouraged to post scouting reports of players that you have knowledge about, or have seen play. Please try to be as objective as possible. Good scouting reports will be linked to in subsequent community prospect list threads, as they were last year. Do not be afraid of going all out with a fan post about the prospect, but keep in mind that if you go that route, you should make it very detailed, well thought out and backed up, as it will likely draw much interest and scrutiny. Several posters did very good jobs last year with prospect scouting reports, and I hope for much of the same this year.
Without further ado, let’s start the voting and see who our candidates are:
