Bad News for My Personal Friends, Good News for My AN Friends

My personal friends cannot come to this event. Thus, I have 3 tickets available if you want to be my guest.

This is for the annual Sasonticket holder party which will be 9/11 /10. The doors will open at 1:00 and the party will end at 4:05. Last year was a lot of fun, plenty of food and leftover Giveaway swag amongst other things.

You don't have to hang out with me or take a pix with me, if you don't want to, juts be wiling to use the ticket. it is best for us to meet at the registration table.

The tickets are free.

From the website.

Registration for the September 11 private party is closed. If you previously registered, the following event details will help make this unique experience enjoyable for everyone. You should have already received this information in an email on August 31. The A's are unable to accept any late registrations due to the high response of RSVPs and limited space inside the Eastside Club.

On Saturday, September 11, visit the registration table located outside the Eastside Club, where the BART walkway meets the Coliseum, adjacent to Gates LL and MM. All guests should check in at the registration table to receive a wristband that will provide access to the pregame private party. On each wristband will be a number that will be used during the raffle prize drawings. The registration table will be available starting at 1:00 p.m. The Season Ticket Holder will check in and receive all of the wristbands for the entire RSVP group.

Have your September 11 game ticket in hand in order to enter the Eastside Club. Entrance to the private party will begin at 1:00 p.m. Once you enter the Eastside Club you will have your photo taken, which will appear on your 2011 Opening Day season ticket. Your entire group will be featured in the photo on your season ticket so don't forget to wear your favorite A's gear. This functional keepsake will launch another terrific season of A's baseball. Please have your Season Ticket Holder account name and account number with you for the photo.

A's legends Dave Stewart and Vida Blue will be on hand as part of the festivities. Other highlights include Q&A sessions with current A's players, photo opportunities with World Series trophies, a children's area with Stomper, and a karaoke DJ for singing and dancing. Don't forget to check your wristband as raffle numbers will be pulled throughout the event for guests to win terrific prizes. Soft drinks, water and light food will be provided. The party will conclude at 4:05 p.m. as the gates officially open for the game vs. the Boston Red Sox.

You will also have a chance to visit with A's Ticket Services Representatives inside the event. You can place a deposit on your 2011 season tickets or request seat relocation for next year. Place a $200 deposit toward next season at the private party and receive a $50 gift card good toward A's merchandise.

We look forward to visiting with you on Saturday, September 11.

There’s no way in hell I want a photo of MYSELF on my season tickets next year, though it’s a clever idea.

I know my friend and I would probably be interested.

I don’t want to take up 2 though if other people are interested. So, if nobody else is interested (which you would be crazy not to be), then I will definitely go!
