Report: San Jose mayor Reed pulls ballpark measure from November ballot

According to a report, San Jose mayor Chuck Reed has pulled the initiative for a new ballpark in his city. As the article states, the decision comes "after Major League Baseball offers to help cover the added cost for a possible special election."
