I was eating dinner down the table from Royce Clayton, who is portraying Miggy in the movie, and Mike Rinetti, VP of Stadium Operations for the A’s. Rinetti thinks the A’s are going to add a bat at the deadline.

My dad had an audition to be an ump
Been doing High School/Junior College for close to 20 years. He was excited, but didn’t get the part. Interesting to hear that all the guys that got the parts are College/former pro.

OP you rock!
I was out there Mon Night and Wed Night and will be there next week for two days. The crowd is awesome because all of the die hards are coming out just like they would be at A’s games, especially on the overnight shoots.
