There's a lot of Central CA

I was think you were more in the Central Valley area. R-RS is in Modesto or thereabouts, I think, I assumed that central CA would mostly get this game. But perhaps farther south there is an imaginary line that puts you in the LA market, as Dannycakes suggested.

He usually eats like a couple of spoon fulls

He eats almost anything. He’s more like a dog as he also fetches and flops on command. Hangs around me all day. Every morning he comes in and wakes me up. The door flies open and he’s standing in the doorway waiting for me to acknowledge him, then he flies up on the bed and demands attention.

He also chases away the other cat when I am giving him attention. Quite funny as other people notice his little jealousy thing.

This was my big problem with The Departed

It just bugged the hell out of me that Damon and DiCaprio, both good looking guys, were both immediately all gaga over a woman who was, to put it nicely, not attractive.

She was like a 4 or a 5 and both guys had this immediate love at first sight thing going that just made no sense. It was my biggest (and really, only) problem with that movie.

I once told this to a group of people and one guy responded, “She was Boston pretty.”

Leo D, Jack N, Mark W, Baldwin, Matt D and that Sheen. So maybe they should have invested a lil more in the female department. Still a great movie though (except for the rat on the railing in the end which was extremely corny)

He's dominated AAA this year.

21.1 innings, 1.69 ERA, 13.1 K/9, 3.8 BB/9. Not much else he can do down there.

damn

Yeah, maybe he’s just one of those guys who needs different surroundings. Something. Every time he’s here, like cheesy says, it’s like he has no idea where the ball is going.

Great in AAA, terrible in MLB. Means one of two things: either he needs a change of scenery, or else he just plain sucks against major-leaguers. Either way, trade him.

Being an A's fan? Or hating Williams?

My friends find it amusing, I think. I don’t much care. I find the White Sox teams of the past 6 or 7 years to be really, really difficult to root for anyway. It was sort of a slow thing, but once Williams traded for Carl Everett for the 17th time, I was done with them. It was easy to just slide into rooting harder for my 2nd favorite team.
