Did anyone expect this kind of thing out of Stephen Parker? He’s really hot right now.

Well he was a 5th round pick..
and OPS 1.000+ in every hear he played in college. Struggled in Kane last year but has really found it this year in Stockton. He’s as always has good plate discipline.
"Carter's 25-game hitting streak isn't any normal streak. He's 46 for 97 (.474 average) during the run, adding 16 walks and compiling 81 total bases in the process. I'm out of superlatives for what he's doing." - Kevin Goldstein
He's also 22 in a hitter-friendly High-A league
Not super super old, but for a fifth-round pick with a patience-and-power pedigree, it’s not really the most surprising thing. I’d like to see him AA soon.
On a side note, it feels sad when I have to note a guy like a month older than me is probably too old to be in High-A ball.
we in the hurtin ballplayers binness. and cousin, binness is a boomin.

Starlin Castro is 20.
He was born in 1990.
That makes me want to cry.

I believe it.
Cahill and Anderson were born in 1988, and they were 21 at the beginning of last year.
I'm walking out in a force ten gale.
Birds thrown around, bullets for hail.
Oh wow, that format is snazzy. ;-)
Good job, dude.
And yes Parker is tearing the cover off the ball at the moment. Hope it continues, we need a surprise prospect at this point.
He steps to the left, he steps to the riiiiiiight. That Amos Roberts, he'll make you look shite!
Woohoo! Grant Green's OPS is over .700!
"We were shit, pathetic," Guillen growled early in spring training. "We hit too many home runs."
womp womp womp.
"I thought it was going in," Warriors center Chris Hunter said. "It looked like the invisible man tipped it away at the last second."
thanks for doing this....
i’m sure everybody knows this, but i didn’t till i googled it just now. michael taylor hurt his calf. not serious. i guess that’s tolerable news.
