I'm still reading through it, but some numbers have popped out at me so far. Particularly that they only estimate that attendance would increase 13% in a new ballpark over current attendance levels (while they estimate in the same time frame the Coliseum would see a 7% attendance increase). Also that the estimate that all the parcels of land would need over $100 million dollars minimum to acquire other than building a new ballpark at the Coliseum. Neither of these numbers are a positive for Oakland as MLB is getting ready to rule on territorial rights to SJ where the land acquisition is half again cheaper and they're estimating more than a 6% increase in attendance in a new ballpark...
