I don't need you to add me!
Um, I don’t follow rules very well, despise authority and am passive aggressive in a great deal of my behavior. Plus, I’m in Beckley, West Virginia. We’re gonna go a-scriping.

Also, if you want to make the tool look less terrible, volunteer to help with CSS here

If no one else volunteers, I can do the CSS, but I probably wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple weeks.

Cool.
You’ll see the html is CSS friendly, but I can also tweak it if you need me to.

BTW, do you have a color scheme that you like?
…or should I just assume the A’s colors? ;)

You're the boss
I don’t really have a good sense of color.

I'm not too bad with it, but I usually just go to websites with color swatched and find something I like.

What is both surprising and delightful is that spectators are allowed, and even expected, to join in the vocal part of the game.... There is no reason why the field should not try to put the batsman off his stroke at the critical moment by neatly timed disparagements of his wife's fidelity and his mother's respectability. ~George Bernard Shaw
Thanks for putting all this together nevermoor

2. Stars and Goats: Predict who will have the highest and the lowest single-game WPA in the series for each team (4 predictions total). WPA (Win Probability Added) measures each player’s contribution to an individual game to see who helped a team win and who did not. A winning team will have a total of 0.5 WPA and a losing team would have -0.5. For example, if Monday’s game were an entire series, the winning answers would be Duke / Fox and Gutierrez / Griffey. [2 points each] Anderson/Sweeney, Jones/Wigginton
3. David Hernandez is not very good. Predict his IP/BB/K [2 points each] 4/4/2

5. For those of us who love the laundry: Does Ben Sheets put together another quality start (at least 6 IP, no more than 3 ER)? [1 if right, -1 if wrong] yes
6. Daric Barton appears to dislike making outs. Predict his H/BB/K. [2 points each] 6/5/4
7. Rajai Davis is running like Rickey so far this season. Does he get caught stealing (including via pickoff) this series? 1 if right, -1 if wrong] no
8. Low altitude baseball: Does new acquisition Garrett Atkins have more hits or strikeouts this series? [1 if right, -1 if wrong] K’s
8. Killing rallies requires rallies to kill: Ryan Sweeney and Kevin Kouzmanoff are currently (before tonight’s game) tied for #3 in all of baseball after grounding into three double plays each (Victor Martinez and Pablo Sandoval are tied for #1 with 4). Who grounds into the most double plays in this series? (can be any player on either team) [3 points] Tejada
10. Finally, a ROY that isn’t Bobby Crosby. Predict Andrew Bailey’s BB/K/SV [2 points each] 1/4/2

This is ugly - I could actually go negative on this one!
1. Series outcome [3 points] 4-0 A’s
2. Stars and Goats [2 points each] Suzuki*/Fox, Tejada*/Lugo
3. David Hernandez IP/BB/K [2 points each] 5.1/ 5/ 2

5. Ben Sheets another quality start (at least 6 IP, no more than 3 ER)? [1 if right, -1 if wrong] Yes

8. Garrett Atkins [1 if right, -1 if wrong] More H’s than K’s
9. Most double plays [3 points] Kouz
10. Andrew Bailey’s BB/K/SV [2 points each] 0/3/2
Notes (for anyone listening):
1. Here’s my problem. What if the A’s win the first three? I can’t root against them in game 4, just to make my GOG. But I don’t want to root against the GOG, either. So, 4-0 sweep!
2. It’s time for Zooks to have a breakout game!
9. Ahh, Kouz just bounces out so often, it seems. But I’ll hope this one goes wrong, I guess!
A Ballade [for the Angels Fan], by Eustache Deschamps: "We are cowardly, ill-formed and weak / Aged, envious and evil-spoken. / I see only fools and sots / Truly the end is nigh / All goes ill."
Re: #1
I purposely am pessimistic because hey, if the A’s lose, at least I did well in the GOG. Sadly, the Mariners series was really really good for my GOG. Plus, I can’t jinx the A’s if I root for them to do bad.
"Loyal? I'm the most loyal player money can buy." - Don Sutton
At least I don't go negative! Looks like "8" points to me.
1. Series outcome [3 points] 0 (But I woulda had the sweep if Anderson had made it happen. Boo-hoo. A’s 3-1.)
2. Stars and Goats [2 points each] 0 (who would have guessed Anderson at -.291? Sweeney at .565! Others seem to be Johnson at -.793 and Wiggington at .292.)
3. David Hernandez IP/BB/K [2 points each] 0 (5/1/6? Not bad)
4. Matt Wieters [each 1 if right, -1 if wrong] 3 (nailed it, under/under/over – whew!)
5. Ben Sheets another quality start (at least 6 IP, no more than 3 ER)? [1 if right, -1 if wrong] 1 (you go, Ben!)
6. Daric Barton H/BB/K. [2 points each] 0
7. Rajai Davis caught stealing [1 if right, -1 if wrong] 1
8. Garrett Atkins [1 if right, -1 if wrong] 1
9. Most double plays [3 points] 0 (at least Kouz didn’t GiDP)
10. Andrew Bailey’s BB/K/SV [2 points each] 2 (for the walks)

I kind of agree about the negative points
I don’t like them very much.

They sort of appeal to me
Since they only apply to coin flip questions, so someone guessing should average to zero points (rather than 1 if it were 2 points a question).

I agree
It is also going to skew the numbers GOG to GOG depending if the person writing the GOG uses them.

BEER IS GOOD. BEER IS GOOD. BEER IS GOOD, AND STUFF.
Just a suggestion for the question creators....
Can the points for the Series Outcome be equal to the actual number of games in the series? Not that it’s much of a problem, but it would make it easier for us to remember when there is a non-three game series. It’s also slightly harder to predict a four game series than a three game series.
Also nevermoor, you mention that this is a three game series in the post, though everyone has posted answers for a four game series.
...not that I'm bitching. I'm just trying to help. You guys are doing a great job!

No worries, help is good.
I hadn’t really thought about changing the point totals, seems like a good idea.
I found the three-game error (I copy/pasted the format and missed that one), and it has been fixed.

Nevermoor, you wrote a very deceptive GOG.
Turns out David Hernandez was very good, Wieters is the best thing since lint, and Barton liked swinging quite a bit. I was lucky to make it out of this round in the black. Thanks again to the GOG comittee, now bring on #5: GOGing against the Evil Empire
