Looks like Oakland has been secretly buying up land around the Coliseum in anticipation of building the Raiders and Niners a new stadium at the Coliseum site. And now they're spending more $$$ studying the feasibility of it (which we all know is good since it's being built at an existing stadium site with ample space, parking, freeway access and transit access.

My quesiton for them is, why haven't they done the same thing for the A's if Oakland is serious about keeping the team?
