If I read one more fanpost written by someone who signed up 5 minutes ago and felt so moved to write 30 words about the latest rumor on MLBsomeonetoldsomeonethismighthappen.com that some guy who is not even on the trade block might be traded sometime in the next 20 years and how does everyone feel if we got him to hit 800 homerunz instead of Cust who sux and how much of our farm system and starting pitching and Barton would we be willing to get him.

I hate the reporters that just guess

It usually starts with “Heard this” and lists 5 teams that are interested in some non-exciting player. And those “interested” teams usually don’t make any sense at all.

I’m looking at you Heyman and Olney.
