I have just two quick little questions here. I'm coming to San Francisco for the Giants' FanFest next week. I've never been to the area, and I wanted to see the Coliseum, too. I have this thing where, for each major league park I visit, I try to get a souvenir baseball and one of those nifty half-scale batting helmets.

So far as I can ascertain, the Coliseum offers neither a tour nor regular hours for the gift shop in the offseason. I was pretty disappointed, especially since I'm definitely willing to do my part to battle the recession for the East Bay. My questions are: Is my understanding correct - the place really is closed in the offseason? And if so, where can I get some nifty A's schwag?
