Why not sign Tejada?

Yahoo reports Tejada might get a contract in the 2 years for $13 million.  Seems like he'd be a nice fit for the A's.  He could play some 3rd and some SS with a little power.  Of course he was a fan favorite here winning the MVP so it create some interest.  I know bringing back Giambi didn't work out, but Tejada would fill a need.  What do you think?
