I started with The Bends.
It’s a fantastic alt-rock album, better than Pablo Honey, yet accessible. OK Computer twisted it and took it in a new direction that made it even more awesome. One of the greatest albums of all time kind of awesome.

Then, yeah, I'd recommend starting with their early stuff.
The Bends or OK Computer. Anything after that is going to be heavily laced with electronica and pretty inaccessible.
