A good rule to live by is never believe anything written in the NY Post. This column is silly and if Beane does leave the A’s it won’t be to go to the Mets.

Didn’t Beane turn down the Redsox a few years back? I think he enjoys the challenge of working with a limited payroll more then an unlimited one. He has made a major mark in the history of MLB with the A’s and i doubt he will turn it down to go to New York’s JV team
