Wow
rough couple of days for Weeks. 0-10 w/ 3 k’s. Good to see Barton power up a little bit. Ready to see what Everidge can do in the bigs. Thanks for these btw.
and that's exactly why the FO was right not to rush him up to Midland
Let him hit a slump stretch and let him work his way out of it before you send him up. Give him the tools to succeed at a higher level before you send him there.

.268/.333/.492/.825 in 299 ABs between kane county and stockton
the chris young comp seems more and more appropriate
FDLS also made his debut in Arizona yesterday
Pitched 2 innings. 2 hits, 1 run, 1 walk, 3 K’s.

I came here hoping someone would post that
I didn’t know where he made his debut, so thank you…

All 8 outs he got
were by strikeout

Chad Lee has given up one hit in 15 innings
4th rounder from 2006. A lot of people thought we got a steal there, but he’s been injured and missed all of 2007 and only threw 6 innings in 2008. What he is now, who the hell knows. But, 1 hit (yes hit, not run) in 15 innings at least suggests he’s throwing the ball well and Kane County is about to get another arm.

Sam Demel's stats astound me.
Also, I’m thrilled with the production of Pennington/Patterson/Everige, even if they’re not the biggest prospects. They are all really earning a shot with the big club.
