I Picked Up Some Rickey & Hall of Fame Trinkets If Anyone Is Interested

I have 4 Rickey pins, the Rickey character slides from one side of the pin to the other. $9

I have  A 2009 HOF patch $13

I have a gray XXL HOF 2009 tee shirt  $20

I have two gold and one silver balls with inscribed autographs of the inductees. $10

These are at cost. So if you are interstede and plan to go to any of our home games, let me know.

The HOF caps went very, very fast but I may be able to squeeze one out if someone really, reaaly wants one. It has the HOF Insignia and has Gordon Rice Henderson across the brim.

I’ll be in section 128 row 9 seat 2

"We get two outs, and I was sure, and I had a plan, and I shook Tek off," Schilling said. "And I get a big 'What if?' for the rest of my life."

Thanks

I’ll write that down before I leave for the game Saturday.

I'd love a pin or two

And I am coming up with my boys for this weekend’s Rickey series. Roadtrip!

Assuming you will be there this weekend?

one pin for you. see my seat location above.

I was disappointed in the merchandise on hand

Not a single commemorative shirt or jersey for Rickey. Everywhere I went, it was like going through a Yankees/Red Sox team store.

I got my stuff at the ceremony location.

I too wish there were more Rickey specific stuff. But what can you do ?

The Rickey t-shirt sold out incredibly quickly

They said it would be available on the HOF store website, though I don’t see it yet.

There's no crying in baseball!

Lucky Me

I grabbed a Rickey T-shirt, HOF jersey, and a HOF induction shirt, but there wasn’t a lot of variety for the A’s or Rickey gear. One clerk said, “we had to special order in all the A’s stuff we have! Oh, just joking.” (Which wasn’t much.) I replied, “no, I think you mean it.”

Probably just as well. If I was a Yankees or Red Sox fan, that trip would have broke me for all of the stuff they had.

I’m sure as soon as the HOF retail store recovers, they will update their web store.

yeah

the guy I talked to at the counter didn’t even seem to know that the a’s weren’t a recent expansion team…

I missed out on the rickey shirt, though plenty of people seemed to be wearing them. anyone hear if it might also be somewhere else (besides the HOF web store)?

It was like a Yankee/Red Sox team store

but I managed three Rickey t-shirts and the HOF A’s jersey. I think they over produced the Rice stuff since it was in a Red Sox part of the country. All of the Rickey shirts I got were one of only a few left.

I frankly am hoping to pick up some more this weekend in Oakland. I would assume they will have some new stuff.

I'm not going to Cooperstown until Rickey does.

Did you only have one shirt?

Cuz I’d definitely take one from you Saturday if you have it.
