GOG 2009 #26

I'm hiding in the back of my collaboration meeting right now, discretely posting to AN. It's this sort of stuff that has kept me from watching many of the A's games so far this season. But maybe that is a blessing this season.

Tonight the A's start a series against a Tigers team that is sitting comfortably in first place of the AL Central. They are also a team that hits substantially better against left-handed pitchers (team OPS of .804!! vs LHP -- this is like an entire lineup of 2009 Matt Holliday). But we've got some tricks up our sleeve, as long as Geren dooesn't forget the tuna fish sandwiches...
