Fautino De Los Santos
Sorry if I’m beating a topic into the ground that has discussed at great length, but is De Los Santos anywhere near recovery? Has he already came back?
Scheduled to pitch July 4th according to syphon who was trying to reply to you
With stout hearts, and with enthusiasm for the contest, let us go forward to victory. ----Hero Defector Montgomery
Where did my reply go?
"Their Triple-A rotation, led by Trevor Cahill and Brett Anderson, could be better than some big-league rotations; Michael Ynoa is the best Latin American prospect of the decade; 2008 draftees Jemile Weeks and Rashun Dixon bring much-needed tools to an advanced group of hitters." - BaseballProspectus.com
NM was in a diff thread.

Buck goes 0-4!?!?
He’s not ready for MLB pitching. That oughta shut up the Buck lovers in the other thread. Case closed.
=P
Nice.
First game he hadn’t reached base since the rehab and option. Yep, he sucks. Keep him down there!
Finally a good idea!
What you fail to understand in your joyless myopia is that baseball is the key to life-- the Rosetta Stone, if you will. If you just understood baseball better all your other questions your, your... the, uh... the aliens, the conspiracies they would all, in their way be answered by the baseball gods.
He was hitting at such an amazing rate for much of the season.
He’s probably just naturally regressing a little, rather than not hitting well because of the move to third.
"We were shit, pathetic," Guillen growled early in spring training. "We hit too many home runs."

Is there data for this?
I always hear that thrown around but I’ve never seen an actual study that shows a strong correlation between position change and offensive regression.

I dont have data
but i could see why that might happen. You are learning a position and focusing more on Defense than Offense during practice
HILLIS
Everidge and Harry Potter
Is he the Voldemort of the A’s organization? Tommy Everidge and he’s not even mentioned? He should be starting tomorrow.
Check the previous minor updates
He’s mentioned quite a bit and I’ll be highlighting his night last night as well.
What are the A's waiting for?
Please send Weeks to Midland ASAP pls k thx. If he dominates AA too, it allows us to trade Mark Ellis while he still has optimal trade value.
