AN Day - Petco Park
I have pictures!
This was pretty cool; the oldest man in baseball, Emilio Navarro, at 103 years old, tossed out the first pitch at the stadium. He played in 1928 for the Cuban Stars.

Entrance to Petco Park

Tony Gwynn Drive (who was also one of the many Padre dads who threw out ceremonial first pitches on Sunday)

Petco Park love

Pretty Petco built right into downtown San Diego

Western Metal Supply Company

Bullpen walking out…to their folding chairs along the right field wall. Pretty scary.

Scary Friar

Friday Friarworks – not nearly as awesome as the Coliseum fireworks shows, but awesome against the backdrop of downtown San Diego

Won’t lie, we like to check in on AN even when traveling – this had me cracking up

AN peeps with the number of their respective road trip games

Nico: Okay. We have twelve hours to make a really big pickle.

Awww...no. He's cute. Not scary at all.
For the record, I got my picture taken with him and he didn’t touch me inappropriately at all! But then again, I probably wasn’t his type.

Stupid.

I think they built that instead of a visitors pen.
