I wasn’t even aware that Spina had signed. Looking forward to seeing him. Anyone know what other prospects signed besides the 14 listed on Oakland’s website?

I've heard a couple other ones
5th round pick Stephen Parker, and 9th round pick Myrio Richard are both signed and in Arizona.

LOL Spina made two errors
At FIRST BASE. Impressive. Hello, DH!

3b
I believe Spina was a third baseman in college.
Could help explain the reason he had those errors. Especially because one of them was on a pickoff throw- those don’t happen at 3rd all that often.
Hopefully he or Parker can work their way up to Vancouver to add our 3b depth chart (insert- “What depth?” joke)
If the A's can build around Holiday, Furcal, Cust, and maybe call up 2nd baseman Wes Childs at some point in the year, they have a shot to take a weak AL West. -- jameersju post on ESPN.com

Yeah, Spina is supposed to have monster power
Rest of his game seems to be questionable at this point though. Hopfeully he puts it together.
Solace: Law says he's a fourth OFer
