MLB Daily Dish: Your New Favorite Destination for Trading Deadline
I'm really happy to let AN know about a new blog in the SB Nation family called MLB Daily Dish. It's going to be a great place to get all the general MLB rumors and transaction news on a daily basis. The bloggers over there have been demons about updating it right out of the gate, so go over and check it out. Maybe open a Holliday speculation thread or whatnot.
I'm really excited to have this blog at a part of the SB Nation family. Give him some AN love.

Love it.
Finally, a cooler source than MLBTR.
They say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all the time!
yeah
I gotta say MLBTR was getting pretty bad. Not only is it extremely biased towards East Coast Teams (as most sports outlets are) but the people posting on it had nothing better to say than to knock one another and only have good opinions about there own team. Here’s hoping this will be a better place for discussion…

I just read the rumors and couldn't care less about fan comments.
Back then, my idol was Bugs Bunny, because I saw a cartoon of him playing ball - you know, the one where he plays every position himself with nobody else on the field but him? Now that I think of it, Bugs is still my idol. You have to love a ballplayer like that.

I rarely do too, to be honest
but the few times I have it’s just so frustrating.

I have read them a couple times, and that pretty much cured me.
You’re right, they’re frustrating. I’d rather interact with fans here.

MLBTR
There are a lot of idiots commenting on that site but Tim Dierkes generally does a very good and tireless job. I wouldn’t say it was biased towards the East Coast teams as they tend to put up any source on any trade rumour they can find. It is just the nature of the beast that the majority of their sources are talking about East Coast teams.
I would not say that MLBTR is bias towards the East Coast
If its biased, its towards the Mid West (namely Chicago, as thats where the owner/main author lives).
Don't believe in yourself.
Believe in Me who believes in You.
I'm mainly speaking about Tim's weekly chat and the comments by users
I do think Tim does a great job for the most part, but the chats are disappointing to me.

No doubt about it.
What’s especially “rumor worthy” about post like this one?:
Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle notes that Torii Hunter talked with the Giants when he was a free agent after the 2007 season.
It is pretty lame to have to wade through that kind of “information.”

I'll check it out
Hey, nice article by Mrs. Blez on Father’s Day.
I like the work of Tim and his contributors on MLBTR
I don’t read the comments.
As for the new website, more sources of information are always welcome.
This looks pretty darn nice
Oh, but if I catch a line drive by a girl, that’s girl-on-girl action, the twiceness is eliminated, and it just counts once - gigglingone
The blog is a male?

How do you know? Does the blog have no direction but won’t ask for help? Is it lacking commitment?
