but i was looking at the A’s website and it says parking opens 2.5 hours before gametime (4:30 on friday). goin to the game saturday so i was just trying to confirm that this “rule” is as flexible as you imply or if you somehow got permission to come in early. thanks for any info.

To clarify something

I had mentioned that today is Maya’s b’day, which it is. She is not really my niece, but my son’s sister (or, if you prefer, my ex’s daughter from her second marriage). Also, I am not taking her to the game with me (I think some people thought I might be). I had just mentioned her because this is her first b’day since losing her father last summer, and thought that we can find a way to send some love, AN-style, even if it’s at a later date.
