Petit is the next to be called up
Chávez is likely to be (finally) put on the DL. Who will take his place tomorrow? No guarantees of course, but Pennington is not in the Rivercats starting lineup tonight.
UPDATE: Chavez has been placed on the DL, and Gregorio Petit was called up. So much for Pennington's not playing last night being an indicator --- Petit did play.

If true that just confirms that you can’t guess who will be called up simply by looking at the lineup.

Why isn't barton on the team?
I know he’s been struggling, but it’s absolutely silly to start crosby, hannahan or powell at first when barton is in AAA.
