I love all sports but baseball has always been my personal favorite. From the endless amounts of stats, it's history and it's signs that spring is here (or around the corner) gives baseball it's unique stature. I decided to create montages or videos dedicated to the past of all 30 major league teams. To some it may be a history lesson and to others it may bring back memories. This video features the Oakland Athletics.

That’s cool. I would rather have Giambi in there instead of Canseco, though.

Thanks for the tribute
Fun music and I’m glad to see some names from way back in there. On my all-time lineup I’d make a couple of substitutions. Take Canseco out and put HOF Al Simmons in the field, shifting McGwire to DH and Foxx to a more natural 1B. Much as I love Campy, I think Tejada’s bat could help more. I’d also switch the line-up some:
Henderson
Collins
Foxx
Jackson
McGwire
Tejada
Simmons
Cochrane
Foxx has to be in the 3-4-5 somewhere.
Finally, Grove beats Plank any day, though both are fantastic ace choices.

Are you high?
You have to put Cochrane after Tejada to prevent too many righties in a row.

Did I see that wrong, or did you have two right-fielders in the lineup? Also, didn’t Reggie finish his career with the A’s in 1987? I would take Carney Lansford over Bando.

Eric Chavez
How do Bando and Lansford get in front of a healthy Eric Chavez on the depth chart?
I never got to see Bando, but I’m assuming Chavez has the better glove, and at least statistically, Chavez hit better..
Lansford was my favorite player growing up, but I’d still rather have Chavez ( healthy ) than Carney…
