and it sounds to me like Trevor Cahill is trying his best to make the A’s put him in the starting rotation. That was pretty sweet him striking out the side in the third. If he keeps this up I don’t see how the A’s can refuse him…..

Cahill was dealing, Sweeney stayed hot, Lansford impressed his father, Wuertz gave up another homer, Wimberly gained a bunch of new fans and maybe more stuff but I can’t really remember. Oh yeah, Holliday got an RBI double so everyone can breathe a sigh of relief.
