Opening Day tickets Wanted

Hi all,

I was planning on going up to the free fan day on April 5. However, the day is so close to opening day, I thought I would see if anyone had a pair of tickets they wouldn't mind selling me.

I am driving up from LA. I will also be at the AN game down at Angel Stadium on April 7, so I hope to say hello to a few of you.

FYI — As of Monday at 3:48 P when I got an blast email from Ticket Services, Opening Night game not yet sold out.

Thats what made me think of heading up to Opening Day. I would just rather buy from someone on AN though so I thought I would throw up a quick post. If no one has tickets to sell, no harm done.

I don’t like ordering from the site. I dislike all the fees and charges. I feel buying from scalpers is actually a better deal, as the prices are comparable (in fact the markup very similar) and the seats you get from a scalper are usually much better.

You'll have no problem finding tix right at the game. I promise.

I received an e-mail from OaklandAthletics.com (already after purchasing my tix) announcing that surprise surprise, the game has yet to be sold out. I doubt that state changes. Cheers bro!
