Nice work by Manuel --

Make sure Lee throws enough pitches that there’s no way he can go in Game 7 — pitching when he’s tired enough (and wasn’t that sharp to begin with) to pitch badly while approaching 120 pitches.

Exactly. Game 7, all hands are on deck

Whether Lee starts and goes 6IP, or gives you ace relief in the 6th-8th, he’s your best pitcher.

So, Scott Eyre was up in the bullpen all inning why?

Apparently they wanted Posada to hit LH (fine), didn’t want the lefty-lefty matchup with Matsui (fine), didn’t want lefty-lefty matchup with Damon (why not?) and didn’t want to turn Teixeira around to bat RH (why not)?

SO WHY WAS HE UP???

I like Cindi. A. She never pretends to know more than she does. B. She has unbridled enthusiasm for her "Hotties," and isn't afraid to show it. -IM4Oakgal

Rollins

He mentioned basketball in that interview and he’s from Oakland. I wonder if he’s a Warriors fan.

Ack. Having "no choice" doesn't really seem like the BEST motivation for wanting to win the World Series.
