AFL - SABR Fall League Conference November 12 -14, 2009

The Arizona Flames SABR (Society for American Baseball Research) chapter is hosting its first Arizona Fall League Conference.
If you are planning to go to Fall Ball, you might consider one of these additional events.

The conference is now open to non-SABR members.

Thursday, November 12:
Desert Dogs vs. Solar Sox at Phoenix Municipal Stadium; Round trip bus transportation from Tempe Embassy Suites; game program. Cost: $10


Friday, November 13:
--First Pitch breakfast featuring Diamondbacks GM Josh Byrnes; three-time MLB Executive of the Year Roland Hemond and AFL Director Steve Cobb.
--Phoenix Desert Dogs vs. Mesa Solar Sox at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
--Ballpark dinner at Scottsdale Stadium featuring speakers including MLB scouts, media and field personnel.
--Peoria Saguaros vs. Scottsdale Scorpions at Scottsdale Stadium.
--Round trip bus transportation from Tempe Embassy Suites to both ballgames.
--AFL Program and Media Guide Cost: $65

First Pitch breakfast Only: $35

Scottsdale Stadium cookout (4:30) and game only (guests must provide own transportation). Guest receive AFL program. Cost: $30

Saturday, November 14:
Peoria Saguaros vs Phoenix Desert Dogs at Phoenix Municipal Stadium. Round trip bus transportation to and From Tempe Embassy Suites; game program. $10

Full Conference Registration (All three days)Cost: $75

Arizona MLB Alumni Dinner featuring keynote speaker Luis Gonzalez. Awards to be presented to Andre Ethier (Dodgers); former Arizona Governor Rose Mofford; and other prominent Arizona baseball figures. (Dinner sold separately) Cost: $75
