Well, the last two are Smith versus Smith, and Go Arizona (unless there’s a deeper reference). I’m missing the references on too much of the rest. I would guess the first is either a rhyme containing Shaker Quaker, or maybe a play on the term, with ‘Salt Quaker’.

It was his last radio game
so Ken took the opportunity to say goodbye to him and said he thought this was Ray’s best season behind the mike. I don’t think anyone knows who’s coming back next year, I heard Ken and Vince joking about it the other day.

I know others feel that way....
but I like Ray a lot. I think he does a great job. He gives other players their props, but he clearly favors the home nine. That’s cool with me. I enjoy announcers who leave no doubt for exactly whom they are pulling.
