PrintEveryone's favorite's rock-n-roll man, Michael Zagaris (Z-Man), has posted a new blog entry on his personal blog, http://asthruz.mlblogs.com/. It shows some sweet shots of Rickey clowning around having a good time (just like he was back in his playing days), Jemile Weeks coming to Oakland, and Z's new favorite, Carlos getting ready.
Additionally there's some cool shots of the A's magazine shoots with Ryan Sweeney and The Duke.

I don't really think so, either.
But there’s something about Ryan that reminds me of Poppy Jr., and I can’t place what it is. It’s not just height & blondness… it’s something about his facial expressions, but not features.

I have to admit the tattoos add a whole other level of interest to Baby.
He’s not quite so clean-cut and boy-next-door.
Upon closer examination,
he’s got quite a few themes going on there. Not sure if I like the artwork all together, but it still looks damn good on that arm of his.
I bet he had the tribal band before and got the rest later...
when he discovered tribal tattoos stopped being cool long ago.

Kind of related,
in a weird sort of way, to the modeling discussion: I was just reading the latest A’s magazine, and one of the articles is a day-in-the-life sort of thing for Suzuki (including a picture of him waking up over-sleeping Travis…).
Anyway, maybe Kurt wants to be a model too: “While stretching in the condo, he’s known to wear nothing but underwear and running shoes - ‘clothes constrict me,’ he says - something that amuses Buck to no end.” If his clothes constrict him, I wonder how much he likes wearing all that catching gear…
I read that article, too.
It also said something about Kurt’s wife visiting occasionally to tidy up the condo and do their laundry. You, uh… GO?, girl.

meeeeeooooooow Ryan Sweeney. That big tattoo just made him even hotter..if possible. I am torn between my love for Smith and lust for Sweeney ;)

Where it says Embree and Thomas are studying game film when you can clearly see spider solitare on the computer Embree is at. That would explain a lot this season.
