Ok, I lost the score for Sac, but hope this helps. I have no idea what happened with the formatting of the last one. Can someone delete the previous post? I will feel like an ass if this happens again.

 

Sweeney, M DH: 0-3, .083 (1-12 since starting his rehabbing assignment)

Conrad 2B: 2-4, 2 R, 2B, HR, RBI, .248

Baisley 3B: 1-4, 2B, SO, .287 (Excited to see him play in Sept)

Murton LF: 2-4, R, 2B, 3B, RBI, 2 SO, .280

Cunningham RF: 1-3, RBI, BB, SO, .328 (.918 OPS combined between Midland and SAC)

Yikes!! Wing had been throwing well. However, he is giving up way too many walks this season. 24 BB in 48.1 IP.

Guzman, J 3B: 2-4, 2B, 4 RBI, BB, SO, .361 (Walk off double. Its nice to be back in Midland.)

Herrera J RF: 0-3, BB, SO, .265 (It might be just me, but I feel like a lot of his stock in the A's organization rests on how well he performs in the first half of next season--regardless if its in AA or AAA)

Cardenas SS: 1-2, 3 R, 2 BB, .308 (I know he is only 20, his numbers in AA make him look a lot like a number 2 hitter. Stick him right after Donovan and before Guzman to finish out the season--see what happens.)

Quite a bit of hits given up by our boy Simmons--who was just named to the post-season all-star rotation for the Texas League. There might be a small positive here---only one of the 12 hits was for extra bases.

Lansford continues his dominance of AA. His WHIP is under 1.00, his GO/AO is an incredible 3.80, and hitters are only hitting .178. Lansford

Rockhound's websites claims that both Trevor Cahill and Brett Anderson would be available to start later this week.  USA Studs

Gilbert LF: 2-5 2B, SO, .279

Brown, C DH: 2-3, 2 R, 2 HR, 2 RBI, BB, SO, .259 (16 HR in 42 with Stockton. Thats a lot of power people. Yea--I know he has 67 SO in the same span. That is 30 HR for the season. What if he caught carter for the season?)

Sorry the pitching was just too ugly to post. Italiano came into the game for an inning and gave up two runs.

 

Kane County--Slow night offensively.

*Christian joins the Cougars today for his first promotion in the minor leagues. I don't think this would have happened had Weeks stayed healthy.

Pretty solid season from our boy Sewell. Nice K numbers and a good WHIP just over 1.Sewell

Nice start in the second game. On the season he is allowing too many guys to get on base. Figueroa

 

AZL A's--too many errors, too many hits allowed, not a pretty game.
