The A's All-Star promo statue on a dreary NYC afternoon. There are like 40 statues placed around the city for All Star game awareness, this is actually the closest to my home and the only statue I've seen. Underwhelming but I thought I'd post it anyway.

I don’t think that the NYC-based MLB or All Star planners put too much time into most of these statues, especially this one. I can’t figure out why it’s even placed here in front of a Chase bank…most of the statues seem to be in front of places of import.

It’s on the corner of 53rd & 3rd st I believe.
No White Shoes, but you can see a yellow sandal in the ^ bottom picture.

Drive it around to each stadium… take it to cookouts, tailgates, etc.
