Whats everyones take?

Seems like every time I turn on Sportscenter he is getting lit up~ Did Jeter deserve to go in as a starter? On a side note... Whats the status of the A's recalling Travis Buck??? Seems like he could use some AB's during this injury stretch rather than Emeal Emil B. I would like to see a little more of D. Murphy and see what he can string together while Crosby is down???

The ASG is a complete sham.

Somebody mentioned it during one of the game threads today, but the fact that a popularity contest exhibition game actually has any sort of significance when it comes to THE WORLD SERIES is just flat out stupid.

Billy is the Mets' only representative - they had to pick SOMEone

As a Mets fan – Billy has been lights-out most of the season, great stats, strung together 9 straight innings of no-hit ball at one point. He HAS had a few blown saves lately and, of course, that’s what makes news. Can’t really judge him by what plays make it onto SportsCenter.
