A's Giants Rivalry Shirts
Hey all,
I'm planning on attending the Battle of the Bay this year at AT&T park to be specific, and was wondering where I would be able to get my hands on one of the "0 splash hits, 4 world titles" shirts. I cant wait to go to the games and just want to be properly dressed for the occasion.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated, and i hope it is still possible to get one somewhere.

I've wanted that same shirt for awhile now
Unfortunately, I haven’t had any success to speak of. My understanding is that the shirt was only offered for a few weeks during the summer of 2004 and even then, you could only find it at the shops sprinkled throughout the coliseum. (I didn’t make it to a game at the coliseum that year until August, until the very first AN Day actually, and by that point, the shirts were long gone. Or so I was told.)
Still, it never hurts to ask here as someone may be able to lend you a hand. (I managed to score three A’s-related DVDs that way back in early 2006.) Good luck in your search, though, and I’ll keep my eyes peeled, both on the web and off.

You could always make your shirt online
I know it isn’t the easiest option, but you could design the shirt yourself and have it printed online at a website like http://www.zazzle.com/. They are relatively cheap and you should get it by next week in time for the game if you are quick about it.
I would be glad to help out with the design if you aren’t familiar with any programs like Illustrator or Photoshop and I am sure others on AN would also be glad to have the design once we are finished. I will also be going to the Battle of the Bay game 1 next week and would be glad to be representing the A’s with that shirt and my jersey.

Hopefully we'll splash a few this year. That'd make it even better.
IIRC, Chavvie had one go narrowly foul, and certainly that Custatory shot in Texas that knocked over the guy in the second deck would’ve made the cove.

They may as well paint it on the wall then.

Picture
Would anyone who actually has one of the shirts be able to put up a picture so that we have an exact model to go off of?
Thanks

Why
Why don’t the A’s have this shirt for sale ALL year EVERY year. It is by far my favorite shirt.

Licensing
That shirt was never correctly licensed, so they had to stop selling it. I’ve been looking for this shirt for a few years now too so I started chatting up the merch guys. Unfortunately, despite being a VERY popular shirt they aren’t allowed to reproduce it or make a new one/different design. The closest I got was buying a left over “0 Splash Hits, 4 World Titles” sun shield for my car.
