What will CarGo do next?
I have to admit the kid is good, better than his avg and OBP so far indicates. He's exciting to watch. I do notice, as I'm sure many here have already, that the kid does nothing but hit doubles or make outs (OK, 1 sacrifice). What else will he do next at the plate? Will he get a walk be fore he hits a HR? With his speed, he may hit a 3B before he hits a single. So I can count total of 5 (maybe 6) things that he hasn't done:
BB (IBB)
1B
3B
HR
HBP
What will be the next "1st" for the kid?

Being an Athletic, which base will he miss?

Strikeout on a passed ball...
and get to first base for a sb.

and use the grateful parents’ reward money to build a new Oakland ballpark.
Don't blame me, I voted for oaktoon.

Three true outcomes were one too many for me.

sure
but cargo sounds like he has baggage…no one wants that

I still want to make a bleacher banner for him saying "CarGo Cult"
but perhaps only anthropologists would get the joke.

that's what I think of, too.

Next it will be found that his tears cure cancer
But, of course, he will never cry.

Well,
Fatalistically, since he is an A, I’m going to predict tripping on the way to 2nd, and then out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL.
Realistically, he’s going to go bitch slap Chuck Norris on his way to 2nd after another Crosby-like double.

What the heck is Chuck Norris doing
between first and second, anyway? Seriously, he needs to move.

or norris could just go away
because those jokes never were funny and still aren’t
