Right now I am pretty happy with the A's season. They are in this race if they can catch a few breaks and/ or some guys start hitting then they can have a great run at the Angels.

We have had our share of good fortune and bad this season. Many of the individual performances have been a surprise some good some bad? Just wondering what do you think has been the most pleasant surprise for the A's and biggest disapointment?

Biggest surprise positive

1- Harden and Duke healthy and winning.

2- Bullpen

3- Smith and Eveland

4- Ryan Sweeney 

5- Crosby

Biggest Surprises Negative

1- Blanton

2- Buck and Barton's struggles

3- Thomas and Sweeney hurt at same time

I think the most enjoyable positive surprise has been Harden and Duke.

The biggest dissapointment has to be the injuries to Thomas and Mike S. at same time.
