I heard the beginning of tonights show and heard about the email contest so i sent one in and actually ended up winning. Problem is I never got to hear the response to my email, since I was listening to the show in the car and emailed via my phone. I was done driving before I was able to hear the response (if there was one) and I was just wondering if anyone else may have heard an could shed some light for me. My email was as follows:

What do you believe the odds are on a Joe Blanton trade? the A's could possibly better their staff by trading joe blanton away and replacing him with chad gaudin. Maybe trading him to the yankees, who may need a top of the rotation pitcher like blanton since wang has gone on the Dl until at least september. i also think it would be in the A's best interest if they would be able to gget homer bailey still in a trade with the reds. If the rotation in 2 years ends up being eveland, gio gonzalez, smith, bailey, and either fautino de los santos, brett anderson, or trevor cahill, I think the A's will have undoubtedly the best young staff in the majors.
