Michael Inoa
Don't know enough about this guy because I'm not subscribed to Baseball America or any of those sites, but he seems to be the most legit Latin prospect, interchangeable talent wise with some of the top 1st rounders in the recent draft.
The article claims the A's are the front-runners, which makes sense after Billy talked about ramping up the A's Latin American presence and interest.
Anybody know on this site what kind of excitement level we should have, should the A's land him?

Don't get too excited yet...
The A’s are willing to drop 3-4 million to sign him… and sure, I’ve read that he’s equivalent to a top 10 draft pick, but remember two things: 1) Not all top 10 draft picks pan out, and 2) he’s SIXTEEN.
Anyway, here’s a great article:

Yeah, he definitely has the high-ceiling to be able to add a lot to the franchise
but you can’t get too excited until he actually hits what, 20?
But you gotta love his size and his skills.
I hope he pans out to his potential cause if so, and if we land him, we could have a Cy Young winner waiting in the wings. IF all ifs fall into place.
