You’d be bitching if Hannahan was doubled off first because he had assumed it was a hit.
No, that's not the issue -
He went back to tag instead of going halfway. If he goes halfway he won’t get doubled off when it’s caught but he will score when the ball is muffed.

Of course we should already have 4 or 5 runs. It’s getting really hard to watch the A’s work so hard to not score runs.
Hanahan has to score there. The ball dribbled to the wall. He doesn’t even have to be standing on second to tag up. He could be off the base, go back and tag. Kotsay is running full speed toward the wall with his back to Hanahan.

Rusty at the moment because
They are feeding him a diet off off speed stuff away and he has not adjusted because he can’t hit that stuff
As good as Cust has been this month he is not tearing the cover off the ball either at the moment with RISP. .194 for the year
