I simply cannot believe that they would offer this ridiculous product for the A's or any self-respecting team for that matter (Don't worry Angels fans, you don't count). I would like to think that the other teams would prefer to let the Angels keep their stupid little toy to themselves.

Perhaps capitalism taught MLB a lesson and nobody bought these pieces of trash. I only hope that I never see one of these creations again.

What makes something rally?

I do not know how they make them rally monkeys as opposed to un-rally monkeys. Have you ever heard of somebody buying a non-lucky rabbit’s foot? There are forces in the universe I admittedly do not understand. Thankfully, rally monkeys fall into that category.

I’ve never understood the rally monkey thing either. How does holding a toy/flipping your cap/waving a towel make your team play better?

I was wondering if the people who hate the monkey also hate the elephant; is it the doll=rally concept that people don’t like, or just the monkey=rally that is bad?

I guess if you want a stuffed monkey in an A’s uniform, buy one. Otherwise you’re just spending money to look like an idiot.(IMO)
