Comcast SportsNet?

Hi everyone.  My first post...

I believe Comcast SportsNet (on cable) offers On Demand for Warriors games, Gnats games, Sharks games and (even) Sabercats games, but not A's games.  Is this a fact, or am I missing something?  I wanted to see some of the A's games that I missed and they're nowhere to be found.  Just wondering in case I'm missing something.

Also, why are the Warriors broadcasters talking about miserable Gnats during Warriors games and no mention of the doing-much-better A's?  I thought the Warriors play in Oakland?

I guess I should contact Comcast SportsNet for these questions, but something tells me that they won't answer these questions to the point.

If someone already brought up these questions before, I'm sorry I missed.  Also thought about asking Vince, but wanted to try here first.

Thanks!

You must be new to the Bay Area.

Most of the media refuses to admit that the A's exist

But usually the A's get more or less the seperate but equal treatment

in terms of the major media outlets.

I live in the Bay Area for 10+ years

and very used to the maximum effort of the media ignoring the A's.

I had to ask this question again though when I saw Savercats and no A's...

You are correct ...

that A's games are not included ...

As to why? You should write them an ask.

Vested interest

The Giants own a piece of CSN Bay Area. It's possible that On-Demand isn't part of the A's contract with CSNBA (formerly FSNBA).

I noticed that the other day..

Not good.

The A's colors are green and gold.

Part of it has to do with that conceited Notre

Dame loving Midget Bob Fitzgerald also working for the Giants flag ship station KNBR. He's been brain washed to believe that the Giants are the only relevant team in the Bay Area. Between the W's, Giants, White Sox?, and Notre Dame? anything else might as well not exist.

FItz

Talks about the A's more than the Giants and he has also had Korach, Blanton, Slusser and Chavy on his show in the past couple months. More then u can say for the others. Razor and Mr.T do get Beane on from time to time

The only thing I've ever heard him say negatively, if u can even consider in negative, is if Beane calls you with a proposed trade asking for players that you don't know much about don't do it because your gonna get fleeced.

Barbieri

Not to get into too much KNBR bashing, but I cannot STAND hearing that guy. It seems like all he does is try and somehow, some way, prove that Beane did something wrong.

Granted, he does call out Sabean, so he's (sometimes) an equal opportunity basher, but the guy just grates on me. He doesn't seem to actually have any sports knowledge at all, he just bullshits his way through his show along with Tom (who I actually enjoy even though he's a LAaaAAAAa of AAAAAA fan)

ya, we could go on

He always seems to find someway to correlate the A's into something the Giants did wrong. It's ok tho, we let our record do the talking. I'm just a big fan of Fitz and thats probably cause I'm a Warriors fan

But also

mlb.tv has archived games for free as of last Friday. I don't know if they'll keep doing this, but it appears that right now you can watch that way.

The A's colors are green and gold.
