Beta testers needs for new Fantasy MLB Transactions game
I'm a long AN reader....I am a web designer and have been working on a web site for the last yyear that is currently in BETA. One of the main features of the site is the ability for people to create their own fantasy games. We call them floozas. Anyway, I have created a flooza called "Fantasy MLB Transactions". I wanted to create a fantasy baseball game that can be played in the off season, but this can actually be played all year round.
Now I need feedback! Anyone familiar with Yahoo Fantasy Baseball will have no problems figuring out how to play.
Each team has 12 players:
2 MLB Teams (e.g. Oakland AShletics, Boston Red Sox)
2 GMs (e.g. Billy Beane, Omar Minaya)
4 Baseball Pros (any MLB player)
2 Prospects (approximately the top 100 prospects for 2008)
plus 2 bench slots
Scoring cxategories are as foloows:
DSA: Designated Player For Assignment
MNRC: Signed player to Minor League contract
OUTR: Outrighted Player to Minor Leagues
REL: Released Player
SIGN: Signed/extended contract (1 year=1 pt., 2 year=2 pts. ....., 10 year=10 pts.)
T : Trade
WAIV: Claimed Player Off Waivers
Anyway, if anyone is interested in trying it out please go here first:

(Or, you can go here and enter this invitation code:
f412c1011a8ad15bc6182d7fd7c2e74289e79950 )
And to sign up for your league, you can go here and enter this information:
League ID: 29
League Password: waiverZ
You will bejoining the Player Exchange Lounge league....
If it fills up and more wnat to try just let me know and I'll create another league.
For any of you that miss fantasy baseball in the winter give this a try and it may scratch that itch! Feel free to check out the rest of the site once you are signed up and try anything else out!
Thanks,
Michael

Great!
The first step is to rank your player for the draft....the rankings that display are kind of misleading ... in reality the top ranked teams/gms/players etc are the least likely to score more in many ways...they've already made alot of moves so may be unlikely to make a lot more. Anyway, enjoy and let me know what you think!
