Wedding... A day at the park... 8/3108 the A's lost, but I won
PEANUTS AND CRACKERJACKS AS FAVORS
We hung a banner right after the ceremony
The bouquet toss which made it onto Sportcenter... Baseball Tonight... and our local news each A's highlight that night led off with the bouquet toss
So it was a great day of sunshine, nachos, beer and a hot dog
I'm a very lucky boy... I love Oakland A's baseball and she likes sunshine, nachos, and beer... it works for us...

Wonderful!
Love the vows. Now I’ve found three occasions where I’m cool with pink A’s gear: young children, breast cancer awareness day, and now happy, beautiful brides.
Thanks for sharing.

I just go with the notion that pink A's gear
is OK as long as the wearer is an attractive female.
Exceptions made for breast cancer though.

Typical rookie....
he thinks he “won” something. You should have just asked stomper to hit you over the head with a bat several thousand times. Because that’s exactly what’s going to happen to you over the next 40 years or so. At least Stomper would have gotten it over with in short order…
Congrats! 21 “blessed” years and counting….looking forward to the death part now.
Just kidding! You guys look like a wonderful couple!

doublezero and Wife
It was a great day and a great wedding; perfectly suited to the great couple. I was one of the people who asked for the text of the vows. I’m so glad you thought to post them here! Perfect! Just reading the vows is impressive enough, but witnessing it in person was lumpy-throaty.
I did finally eat my Team O’Neal Cracker Jack (during the WS). I put the box among the bobbleheads etc., in my in-home A’s shrine.
I’d love to see the SC or BBTN coverage; I’d recorded BBTN that night but somehow didn’t catch it.
Your Wife freakin ROCKS (and I still think she should ditch your game this weekend and go drinking with us).

Huh...
Got married on the same day – alas, my wife and her family would’ve shat a brick if I even suggested something like this. Not that I’m complaining too loudly, my wedding was great as it was… but this looks pretty damn cool.
Congrats!

Thanks 149
She does rock… alas the wife is workiing this weekend and won’t be out at softball with me or available to go drinking with ya either…
And Re: Huh…
Am I lucky or what getting married at the game wasn’t even MY idea.. it was HERS…
