AN anthem/song?

I've been thinking that both the A's and AN need a theme song. I know we have some talented scribes/poets here, so a few sets of verses and a strong chorus shouldn't be too hard to come by.

I'm a musician/composer, so I could write the music, record it, and even sing it in my best bad Bryan Adams style. For a reference of what my 'handiwork' is like, check out the theme song at

It's a bit cheesier than what I imagine for AN, and if there's anyone out there who's a real singer (not a vocal stylist like me) I'm more than happy to let him/her to sing it. Of course, I live in New York, so I wouldn't be able to record anyone in California.
Any thoughts?

Hmm....

To make it stick, it has to be vague, yet specific. What I mean is, it can't name names (outside of maybe Beane, but even then probably better not to), but it can reference events, or running themes on AN.

That way we can keep it somewhat "ageless". Because if you have a song,what if a poster in the song leaves and no one remembers who they are anymore? Or if you talk about Crosby, but he gets traded? Or Harden and he leaves for Free Agency.

Is there a good one? Okay, I'll be fair, one of my favorite movies when I was young was "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves," and I even tried learning how to play "Everything I Do (I Do It For You)" on the piano.

The Eagles sing this after every touchdown and the song is projected on the jumbotron. It would be cool if eventually this could be done at the coliseum, like the tejada beat. Obviously not the same lyrics or tune but something along those lines. Just a suggestion.
